Business and Community Economic Development (BCED) Procedures
Introduction: BCED staff (currently in transition), as BIS subscribers in all categories, will receive all bids and RFPs issued by Purchasing, as well as a weekly
electronic copy of the BIS Subscribing Vendor List. The BIS Coordinator will include BCED on any new lists set up in the future.
