Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation Instructions

Introduction: Adobe Acrobat is necessary to open, view and print PDF documents.
  1. Follow the link for Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  2. Once at the Adobe download site, complete the information in the three yellow columns. Click the download button to begin the process.
  3. A pop-up box will appear and ask where you would like to save the downloaded file. Save this to your desktop or C: drive. Remember where it has been saved so it can be found at a later time.
  4. The download will take approximately five minutes, depending on your connectivity speed.
  5. Leave your web browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.) and find the location of the downloaded file on your desktop or C: drive.
  6. Double click on the file and an installation wizard pop-up box will appear. Follow the instructions given by the wizard process. Rebooting the machine will complete the local installation.
