POT Printer - HP8000

Introduction: The POT Printer (HP8000) is dedicated to printing CUFS POTS. This process is unstable so only qualified staff should work on any modification to this equipment or program.

  1. If you have printed the PO, and nothing comes out of the printer, first turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it one again.
  2. Call CAC at 4-0555 - tell them you have a printer problem ID: U8237, CUFS Code D302 (try to give them a sense of urgency, or it won't be fixed until late in the day).
  3. If CAC says it isn't their problem, call NTS at 301-HELP. They may ask for a configuration page. The printer is on Jack 00559A.
  4. If there is a rush PO, use the *interactive form.
