BIS Administrative - Purchasing Personnel

Introduction: This function allows the administrator for BIS to maintain the list of valid personnel names granted access along with the corresponding security levels.

Can be searched by:
Adding/Changing Personnel:
  1. To add personnel, click the Add button
  2. Add information; name and ID are the only necessary fields. Use the x.500 ID, and make sure email is forwarded from central account if necessary.
  3. Click Update Record
  4. To edit existing information, click the Edit button
  5. When finished, click Update Record.
  6. To remove a staff member, click the remove button.
  7. A warning will appear, make sure you want to remove this person.
  8. Click Yes, Delete.
Expectations: Changes to personnel and/or security levels should be completed immediately upon request.
