BIS Administrative - Purchasing Personnel
Introduction: This function allows the administrator for BIS to maintain the list of valid personnel names granted access along with the corresponding security levels.
Can be searched by:
- Status (Admin, Buyer, Purchasing Assistant)
- Employee Name
- Location
- E-mail Address
Adding/Changing Personnel:
- To add personnel, click the Add button
- Add information; name and ID are the only necessary fields. Use the x.500 ID, and make sure email is forwarded from central account if necessary.
- Click Update Record
- To edit existing information, click the Edit button
- When finished, click Update Record.
- To remove a staff member, click the remove button.
- A warning will appear, make sure you want to remove this person.
- Click Yes, Delete.
Expectations: Changes to personnel and/or security levels should be completed immediately upon request.
